Southern Skies is a large wind chime with deep sounding tones and resonance. It is a very well made, quality wind chime with aluminium tubes. You'll hear lovely resounding sets of tones when the striker hits the chimes. The aluminium tubes and striker are held by strong nylon, suspended from an aluminium top. Wooden beads are used at various points for suspension. The striker itself has a large eyelet that gives it some decent weight to ensure the chimes are struck perfectly when a breeze starts to blow.

The metal parts are powder coated in a very dark bronze-like colour (almost black). When catching sun the bronze colour is slightly more prominent, otherwise they usually appear more black in colour.

Southern Skies Zen Wind Chime is a large sized chime with six thick metal tubes.
